Conducted an awareness programme on women's health with particular emphasis on menstrual health and hygiene at SETU school at Sadarpur, Noida on 12th August 2023 wherein about 100 people including teenage underpriveleged students and their mothers participated.

Ms Swarnima Bhattacharya , an women's health expert spoke on the occasion and interacted with the participants and responded to their queries.

Ms Swarnima Bhattacharya is the co-founder of Gytree, a women's health platform backed by Dr Kiran Mazumdar Shaw . She worked with the UN and WHO for 12  years with a focus on women's health and mental health. She worked with AstraZeneca for their female pharmaceutical portfolio for clinical trials.

During the course of the programme the difficulties faced by women at various stages of life from puberty to menopause , physically, socially  and emotionally , was discussed in detail and ways and means to deal with different situations was deliberated upon. The importance of women's health for the well being of individual herself, the family and society at large was emphasised upon.

The session ended with distribution of sanitary pads and chips packets to the participants.
